We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

To start a return, email us at info@dreamers-club.es with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, please return your item and place a new order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
